Terms of Service

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Registration must be completed through the official conference website
• All information provided must be accurate and complete
• Payment must be received by the specified deadlines
• Confirmation of registration will be sent via email

2.2 Registration Fees

• Early bird discounts apply until specified dates
• Student rates require valid student ID verification
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Payment processing fees may apply

3.1 Cancellation by Attendee

• Cancellations 60+ days before conference: 80% refund
• Cancellations 30-59 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 30 days before: No refund
• Processing fees are non-refundable

3.2 Cancellation by Organizers

In the unlikely event of conference cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we will provide full refunds or transfer options to future conferences.

All conference participants agree to:

• Treat all attendees with respect and professionalism
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Respect intellectual property and research confidentiality
• Follow venue rules and local laws
• Wear conference badges at all times during events

Note: Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the conference without refund.

5.1 Abstract Submission

• Abstracts must be original and unpublished work
• Authors retain copyright of their abstracts
• Conference organizers may publish abstracts in conference materials
• Presentation times and formats are determined by organizers

5.2 Recording and Photography

• Sessions may be recorded for educational purposes
• Attendees consent to photography during conference events
• Personal recording of sessions requires speaker permission
• Commercial use of recordings is prohibited

6.1 Limitation of Liability

Conference organizers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from attendance or participation in the conference, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury or property damage
• Travel delays or cancellations
• Loss of business or data
• Force majeure events

6.2 Insurance

Attendees are responsible for their own travel and health insurance. We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance before attending the conference.
